Shipping
We offer Standard shipping, and for some areas in Florida, we also offer Local Delivery. Shipping fees are calculated at the time of checkout once you have entered your shipping address information. To get a Shipping Quote, add your item to cart, then enter your state and zip code in the Shipping Calculator found inside the Cart view.

Standard Shipping - 2-4 weeks 
We utilize an outside delivery service for deliveries outside our normal Local Delivery areas. This service brings your packages to the curb of the home and does not include assembly, set-up or debris removal. These items typically arrive 2-4 weeks after the order has been processed. All merchandise that is going by standard shipping will be inspected and then palletized by our staff.

Local Pick Up
Pick up is available at one of our warehouses in Florida - at no charge (Free). Pick up is usually ready in 5+ days.

Local Delivery - 1-4 weeks  
Our Local Delivery service is available for some areas of Florida (based on zip code). These delivery areas are located within a 1-2 hour drive from any of our 5 Florida warehouse locations. For local delivery, we charge a one-time flat rate of $199 no matter how many items are purchased. These deliveries are made using our own in house logistic services. This includes a 2 person delivery team that will bring the items into your home and place them in the room of your choice. The Local Delivery service includes set-up, assembly and trash removal. If your shipping address is located within our Local Delivery area, this option will become available as part of check-out. These items typically arrive between 1 and 4 weeks after the order has been processed.  

INSPECT YOUR ITEMS THOROUGHLY UPON DELIVERY

Regardless of which delivery method you choose, please take time to inspect all items carefully upon arrival for any damage that may have occurred in transit and contact us immediately. Obvious damage to the packaging materials should be noted on the shippers delivery receipt. If possible, please document any damages with photos as this helps a great deal in filing the claim. Claims against damaged items must be made within 48 hours. Unfortunately, claims made after the 48 hour window will not be accepted and are unable to be returned. Upon receiving notification that your product is damaged, we will file a claim with the shipper. Claims typically take 2 to 4 weeks to process. You must save all packaging until the claims process has been completed. Once the claims process has been initiated, we will contact you to see if you would like a replacement or refund.
