Passionate about all things art, design, and architecture, Phelicia developed an interest for Interior Design early on.

With over 5 years of experience as a designer and 9 years as an event planner, Phelicia’s personal design philosophy is that a home should be beautiful and functional for each individual client. She strives to deliver what Scan Design does best: “Delivering Dreams through Timeless Design”. Phelicia says, “Design is personal and each project is important. Understanding my client needs, how they use the space, and what inspires them helps me create a space that is not only beautiful. It helps me create a space that is perfect for them. A space my clients are excited to show off”.

• Phelicia graduated from the International Academy of Design and Technology in 2016 with a degree in Interior Design.
• She is proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, 3DS MAX, and Sketch Up.
• Has been designing residential spaces for over 5 years.
• Born in the state of New Jersey, Phelicia has been living in
